Refund policy

In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days after the item(s) has been received (US and Canada only). The initial shipping cost will not be reimbursed. The return shipping cost will be the buyer's responsibility and will be deducted from the refund amount. Upon receipt of the returned item(s), a refund will be issued on the purchase provided the jewelry is not damaged and the original box & pouch are included.
